When the device is not associated with the cloud storage package, the relevant surveillance video data will not be stored by the platform.
2. The implementation of the Al package function requires the support of the cloud storage service. If the cloud storage service expires before the Al package, the AI ​​service will not be able to achieve the functional effect. Please confirm that you have subscribed to the cloud storage service for the device to be bound to the Al package package and that the remaining service period of the cloud storage can cover the validity period of the Al package you intend to order, otherwise please order with caution.
3. Al services require the device to have motion detection capabilities, and the smart guarding service requires the device to have human detection, and the crying soothing requires the device to support sound detection capabilities. The main lens of the binocular camera can only use various AI services. If your device does not support it, please order with caution.
4. If you have previously subscribed to a package that includes one or more of these services, the validity period of the Al package will overlap with the validity period of the service package you previously ordered.
