Thank you for shopping at COSTAR COSMOS!

You can exchange or return the product within 7 days after delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

The product must be within the valid warranty period.
A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
The product must not show any signs of physical damage, scratches, dents, or misuse.

Non-Acceptable Conditions
Warranty claims or returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has visible damage, scratches, cracks, or burn marks.
  • The product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused due to improper use, voltage fluctuations, or physical impact.
  • Missing parts or accessories are not covered under warranty.

Packaging Requirement
The customer must return the product in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
If any issue occurs due to improper customer packaging, the customer will be responsible for the same.
Effective immediately, if any damaged, scratched, dented, or misused product is accepted by our team, the concerned person will bear the loss.
Therefore, please ensure proper video validation from the customer before approving returns, especially for high-value products.

General Packing Standards

  • Always use new, clean, and sturdy packaging material.
  • Ensure the product is free from dust, damage, or defects before packing.
  • Use brand-approved boxes or pouches with proper labeling.
  • Avoid reusing old or damaged cartons.

To Avoid Damages During Transit
Wrap the product in bubble wrap or protective foam to prevent scratches or breakage.
Choose a carton size that fits the product snugly — avoid empty spaces.
Use air pillows, foam sheets, or paper fillers to prevent movement inside.

For fragile or high-value products, request the customer to mark the box with:
FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE
This helps ensure careful handling during transit.

Important Note
If any damage occurs during transit due to improper packaging, such returns will not be accepted as per company policy.

Replacement

  • If you find the product you received is not what you ordered or is defective, please send an image of the goods, along with the tracking number and order number, to support@costarcosmos.com within 7 days after delivery. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you in picking up your exchange and delivering your new product.

Refund

  • After 7 days of delivery (under the 12-month warranty), products are not eligible for a refund but can be repaired or replaced with a coupon code of equal value.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
  • After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. The refund usually takes up to 7 working days to process. (except COD).
  • If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount you paid will be refunded in the form of a coupon code redeemable on costarcosmos.com. You can use this coupon code to make future product purchases on costarcosmos.com.

Late or Missing Refund

  • If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@costarcosmos.com.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

  • We will be able to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched.
  • For orders shipped, you will need to reship the product back to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item once the product is received in our warehouse.
  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
