COSTAR Halo Hair Dryer

I ordered a hairdryer for the official website seeing that the product included diffuser and after receiving the product it didn’t had any
So i contacted the service and its been more than a monthand there is no update and each time they say the issue has been escalated to the higher authority and then no response and it is the same whenever I tried contacting them
No resolution yet

It is a good alternative if you want to buy Dyson but don't want to spend too much.

This has been my best purchase so far! It dries my hair quickly without releasing any heat. I honestly can't go a day without using this hairdryer. Trust me, everyone should get this one.. Super Customer Care !

Nice air through, Low noise, Multiple setting to match the need, feels good, looks good. Everything is almost perfect. But have a little issue, the filter at the bottom have cracks. I suspect that it is a manufacturing error/mistake and not damage during the transit as the product was packed very well. Manufactures should look into the this issue.
