Machine broke after three months but company replaced it. That I was not expecting. So there is a customer support. Decent machine for price.

The coffee machine is really amazing, and the demo given by the brand team really helped with clarity about the usage of the machine

Go for a different coffee machine

It was a bad idea to buy this coffee maker, I basically bought this one because of the milk steamer/frother but that is one thing that is the problematic about this coffee maker, at least for me it doesn't work properly.I ultimately started using a separate hand held milk frother. So if you have enough money to buy this machine and if you are also buying this because it has steaming/frothing feature then go for a different company/machine.The 3 star are because the coffee tastes good.

Technician for Video Demo is Knowledgeable

Machine quality though is just above average, Mr. Abdul is pretty good in explaining the procedure though i would appreciate if Costar offers a machine based demo on video calls. Whatever resources abdul had he did fair job 5 stars to the technician and 3 stars to the machine
