How long does it take to get my order processed?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Orders are processed within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/WhatAspp notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

Most orders will be delivered within 5~7 business days. However, it may take more days during festivals or sales.

What is COSTAR's warranty policy?

What is ANC?

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is a noise canceling technology system to remove unwanted background noise while using earbuds. Microphones capture unwanted background noise, and use matching sound waves to neutralize and reduce it.

What is ENC?

ENC stands for Environmental Noise Cancellation. ENC is similar to ANC, but specially tuned to remove unwanted background noise while using the microphone. It's like ANC, but for your microphone, ensuring others won't hear your background noise when speaking.

What is transparency mode?

Transparency Mode allows you to hear surrounding noise as if you weren't wearing earbuds. It benefits those wearing earbuds while commuting, exercising, and other activities
