This is a value for money product. Great alternative to Coffee Shops. You can have a Ra.200+ coffee at much cheaper rate at the convenience of home or at small office. The 19/20 bar pressure is extracting fresh coffee with a decent pressure. Simple water tank and Heat Resistant filter that acts both for Pods and coffee powder is a making the machine compact and easy to operate. Overall a good product.

Customer service needs improvement
This is my first pod / 2 in 1 coffee machine and i chose this specifically because it can function with both pods and ground coffee. Decent performance considering the price although it is a bit plasticky and cheap looking. I have been using it for about a week now and I have no complaints. If I were to nitpick though, maybe the temperature could have been higher? Meaning the brew could be hotter? Aside from that, value for money all through. Once I gain more experience, I will be buying a bigger and more expensive machine for my needs. If you are a coffee connoisseur, and dont want to break the bank, buy this without a second thought. Works with all the different pods available in the market and if you want to use ground coffee instead, make sure you get it ground finer than usual.

How do I clean and maintain the machine? Is it difficult?
Not at all! We've designed it for easy maintenance to ensure your coffee always tastes fresh. Here’s a simple routine:
After Each Use: Simply rinse the used coffee adapter (capsule or ground coffee holder) under tap water.
Daily: Empty the drip tray and give it a quick wash.
Weekly: We recommend running a brew cycle with just water (no coffee) to flush the system.
For long-term care, descaling the machine every 3-4 months (depending on water hardness) is recommended to keep it running perfectly. This simple routine takes only a few minutes.
For the ground coffee adapter, what kind of coffee powder should I use (grind size)?
That's an excellent question! For the best results and a rich, creamy espresso, we recommend using a fine espresso grind.
What to look for: When buying pre-ground coffee, look for packets that specify "Espresso Grind."
What to avoid: Avoid using a coarse grind (like for a French Press or Drip Coffee), as this will result in a weak and watery shot.
